I started reading Arielle’s blog, A Beautiful Journey, just after my son was born. Arielle’s point of view on love, life and motherhood are so refreshingly honest and heart warming, and her photographs are the visual equivalency of steaming cup of hot coca on a cold winter’s night. Case in point, this wooded Kentucky engagement session which Arielle was kind enough to share with us.
Wedding planning is a hectic, and even hellish time for all brides – but add to the pyre the stress of making your own wedding dress by hand? Plus five bridesmaid dresses? It’s a trial few brides could withstand. But sew-happy Portland bride Suzannah was determined to create her perfect dress piece-by-piece. The result: this gray tulle daydream!
Amazing, isn’t it? Ralph Lauren can now be credited with crafting two of this year’s most stunning wedding gowns. The first, for daughter Dylan, was a silk tulle-and-duchess satin dress with the mermaid hem. (Notably not strapless.) And now this.
Every girl dreams of being on the runway, and that’s exactly where this couple’s first class day after photo shoot by Kristyn Hogan was held. This vintage airport photo session combined the couple’s love for travel (the groom and his award-winning vocal play group are currently on tour with Michael Buble) and all things elegant. Their wedding, held at Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame, was recently featured in the latest issue of Munaluchi Bride.
