Alana and Rich’s minimal, art gallery wedding celebration was filled with a lovely variety of extra carefully curated DIY and handmade touches. Their artfully stark wedding color palette consisted of bright whites, charcoal greys, natural wood, and bright red – and Alana’s strapless, retro wedding dress, Twigs & Honey bird cage veil, and gorgeous red Kate Spade pumps tied it all together.
Alana’s Vineyard by Priscilla of Boston party dress looks simple at a glance, but “Drew” actually features beautiful detailing – a draped bust, vertical seams, and an adorable peekaboo tulle hem that protrudes out from under the skirt. Alana and Rich wanted their guests to spend the majority of the evening on the dance floor, so Alana clearly chose a dress with the requisite amount of
flounce. This timeless Priscilla of Boston style makes an ideal frock for the bride that wants her wedding to be on the shortlist for best party of the year. (It also makes a fabulous reception dress for the bride who’d rather not “Macarena” in a princess ballgown)
Love Alana’s wedding dress? You have a unique opportunity to get it for a fraction of its original retail value. Sadly, after over 60 years in the
bridal business, Priscilla of Boston will be closing all of its salons by the end of the year. However, all of of POB’s signature styles are now being sold at 50%-75% off!

Oh, those Kate Spade shoes! I love them. I think the pop of red make’s Alana’s entire outfit, and they coordinate so well with Rich.
