Joe and Britney of Turn Loose the Art have an amazing eye for detail, so when I saw a sneak peak of this stylish Hindi wedding in my Inbox, I knew I should be prepare for something special. Amanda and Keyur had inspiration to spare when they were planning their June wedding on Long Island. The couple wanted to honor both their Catholic and Hindu upbringings, so a two part wedding was planned.
The color palette, comprised of orange, red and yellow, was apparent throughout both the ceremony and reception. The bride wore a
traditional sari decorated in deep red, gold and green, while her bridesmaids wore pink J.Crew dresses and sari scarves. The parasols were meant to protect the ladies from the impending rain, but they made for a stylish impromptu accessory.
Don’t you adore the bride’s wedding bangles? I do!
Though their ceremonies were moved indoors due to a rain threat, Amanda and Keyur kept the fresh and bright theme alive with vibrant floral centerpieces crafted by Poppies & Posies. Their cake was decorated with lemons.
For the Catholic ceremony, Amanda wore a strapless lace Jim Hjelm wedding gown. I love her braided hairstyle and the hint of pink in her hair. Keyur and his groomsmen wore crisp tan suits from J.Crew paired with pink and navy striped ties.

I’m a sucker for cultural themed weddings, so this one really caught my eye! I love both the bride’s traditional sari and wedding dress! And the rich red colors throughout the wedding is so beautiful.
