Welcome back from the weekend dear readers. Today we’re invited to share in Sarah and Andy’s elegant wedding celebration captured by Brian and Amy of Rogue Art Photography, a husband and wife duo based in Indiana.
Sarah and Andy are teachers so when it came time for the couple to tie the knot, they wanted to plan a stylish affair that reflected their shared profession. Indianapolis’ Marion County Library was the perfect spot.
Sarah had just one request when it came to her wedding gown. No beading! She imagined herself walking down the aisle in a dress that glamorous yet simple, and with absolutely no “sparkles”. As fate would have it, the gown of her dreams wasn’t difficult to find. After trying on just two other dresses, Sarah declared she had found “the one”–a strapless Allure Couture gown with fitted ruched bodice, sweep train and not a bead in sight.
Although Sarah was adamant that her wedding gown be bauble-free, she
had no qualms about picking vintage-inspired accessories that
sparkled. Her hairpiece was an Etsy find made of feathers with just a touch of rhinestone.
The cavernous interior of the Marion County Library made for some stunning photographic moments, especially after the sun went down. Congratulations to the new couple and big thanks to Brian and Amy for sharing their work with us!

What a fabulous wedding reception idea to have it in a library. I love the picture with the wedding party lined up along the railing as well as with them sitting in front of the glass. The picture with the bridesmaid dresses lined up is a very creative wedding photograph idea.
