Today is quite possibly the hottest day of the summer thus far, and I’ve got just the thing to cool you down. A beautiful winter wedding photographed by the ever so talented Steven Michael Photography.
Josh and Landri were married in Flint, Michigan at the Davison Country Club. The couple designed the quintessential winter wedding with centerpieces cut from tree trunks, cotton ball boutonnieres made by hand, and a gooey white wedding cake decorated with branches. The bride’s bouquet resembled layers of crushed velvet and her gown, a sleek strapless number with swirled skirt, delicate ruffled bodice and chapel-length train, was as white as snow. All in all, it was the perfect homage to the most romantic of all seasons.
Pretty details, like the bride’s oversized drop pearl earrings and bejewled wedding shoes, couldn’t help but catch the attention of Steven’s eye, and mine. I am especially captivated by that floral applique bodice. Oh, and don’t you love the bridesmaid’s purple cardigans? The color palette in general is quite addictive.

What a stunning bride! Her hair up do is great, her earrings are simple, yet classic. Don’t even get me started on that dress! The shoes are amazing, too. Love the colors, the ambiance, the bridesmaids outfits.. love everything about this photo shoot!
