When photographer Jen Huang told me she had the recent pleasure of working with Kendall, a PR rep for the renowned House of Chanel, and her fiancee Geoff, I was dying to check out their fashionable engagement session. The adorable couple picked Central Park’s Mall Walk as their backdrop, while Chanel’s Spring 2010 collection served as the source of inspiration for Kendall’s runway-inspired look.
Wearing Chanel’s bell-shaped dress in fantasy tweed with flower trim embroideries, Kendall paired her look with Chanel’s floral flats and a signature pink Chanel chain strap bag. Although designer Karl Lagerfeld filled his Spring 2010 collection with rustic references (like straw and hay!) Central Park’s concrete footpath and crisp green foliage make for a most romantic setting. I love how the park’s infamous benches flatter the texture in Kendall’s dress.
Congrats to the happy couple and a huge thank to Jen Huang for sharing her work with us!
