lovely lace

When I first started thinking about my wedding dress, I pictured something vintage and lace. I loved the way my mother looked in her ivory lace gown. But as soon as I slipped the first one over my head, I knew it wasn’t the look for me. Alas, I still lust after the ragged edges and delicate ridges of a fine lace gown. Instead, a few lovely lace pieces picked from Etsy. Above, Withhold…8×10 fine art photograph by Etsy seller Kellya.

Love the Turkish Lace earrings, that is one of my favorite colors.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and your nice comment. I haven’t done any posts on vintage birdcages (yet!) but I enjoyed your post on them, and all the birdie items in your Wedding Paper Divas contest.

Wow, that first picture is very impactful! I love the look and now I can say that lace is fly – who knew? lol

Speaking of birdcages I just added a post about a very nice birdcage veil vendor named Melody on my blog, you might want to check her out sometime to see if you think your readers would be interested in her style.
